28th June 2021
Due to the current situation in Western Australia, we have introduced some safety measures to ensure that we follow WA government requirements, and to keep our staff and clients safe during this time.
Strictly one person is allowed into the hospital with each pet, assuming social distancing measures can be adhered to. Nurses may be required to hold pets for consultation with the vets in order to maintain appropriate distancing.
Masks must be worn by everyone entering the hospital, if no mask is worn you must remain in your car and phone reception. We cannot distribute masks to the general public due to them being essential for us to run our hospital, so please come with your own mask.
If you have any cold or flu symptoms please do not visit the hospital, please phone reception on 08 9277 7488 for an alternative arrangement. If you are under mandatory quarantine directives for any reason at all, please do not visit the hospital. Please visit www.wa.gov.au for information on high risk locations for this outbreak, if at risk please phone reception rather than come into the hospital.
We ask that all clients use EFTPOS or credit card facilities wherever possible, rather than using cash.
Please ensure you are maintaining a 2m distance from staff and other clients at all times. Hand sanitiser is available at reception for your use.
Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding during this time. We hope you all stay safe during this lockdown, please reach out if you require any further information.
